Business in the era of disruption.
Business Hacker. Transforming fragility into strategy.
CEO Scalabl®. Economist and MBA with studies in General Management and Innovation (Harvard/MIT/Stanford). Consultant, Trainer, and International Speaker. I help leaders and organizations build antifragile business models and capitalize on volatility.

The ecosystem is broken.
Traditional organizations face unprecedented transformation. Disruption is looming.
We were taught to fall in love with the idea, to raise capital before validating, and to build heavy structures that create risk and inflexibility. But in a world that changes every week, we need another way to entrepren, innovate, manage, transform, and scale.
Business theory has changed completely. The world has transformed. Yet most entrepreneurs continue operating with obsolete logic.
I propose starting in reverse: abandoning the need for the idea and starting with customers, working on business model design. Building another type of company: lightweight, flexible, adaptable, knowledge-based.
Exploit with focus what works. Explore in parallel continuously. Validate in the market before building. Finance growth with customers themselves, not external capital. Design antifragile structures, capable of adapting, learning, and strengthening with each change.
This approach applies to startups, SMEs, and mature companies. It's for those who want to scale without drowning, professionalize without losing agility, and redesign their companies to have a life while achieving sustainable and sustained growth.
I'm talking about designing strategic architectures capable of thriving in uncertainty. It's not an option. It's the only way.
